Campaign Overview

“Instruments of Love” was Gloria Dei Lutheran Church’s 2025 fall stewardship campaign. Rooted in a musical theme, the campaign invited the congregation to nurture, share, and proclaim God’s love through their time, talents, and financial gifts. The theme was developed by the pastor, and I was responsible for translating that vision into a cohesive and engaging communications campaign across all platforms.

Goals & Objectives

Each August, preschool teachers return to the building to prepare for the upcoming school year. We wanted to create a memorable experience that made them feel genuinely appreciated and energized for the year ahead.


Role:

  • Designing the campaign branding and all accompanying print collateral (pledge cards, envelopes, inserts, letterhead).
  • Implementing the weekly messaging themes across Facebook, newsletters, and slides.
  • Developing and scheduling newsletter content and social media graphics to align with each theme (Nurturing Love, Sharing Love, Proclaiming Love).
  • Coordinating timing and placement of campaign communications to ensure consistency week to week.


Audience:

Current members of the congregation; non-members who visit our Facebook page.


Goals:

  • Implement a consistent, visually branded stewardship campaign across print and digital channels.
  • Ensure that weekly themes were clearly communicated through newsletter content, social media, and worship visuals.
  • Create a sense of unity and excitement around stewardship season.
  • Support the stewardship committee in promoting giving and participation for the upcoming year.
